Room is a 10m tall inhabitable figure squatting on the roof of the Balderton Hotel in London's Mayfair. It is created from 42 boxes defining a skin that is fabricated from 16 tonnes of 8mm thick stainless steel plate. The skin is directly offset by 110mm to form the internal surface of the bedroom.
